ABOUT
Äta was born from an association between Serge Prod'hom and Jérôme Bridet. Having shared several professional experiences
common, their friendship has grown over the years. Their common love for good things, quality products and refined cuisine logically oriented them to the north.
Indeed, it has been a few years since there has been a real craze for Nordic cuisine. Popular and close to nature, it is distinguished by the authenticity of its products.
Chef Jérôme Bridet adapts Swiss products to different traditional preservation techniques such as smoking, salting, drying or even fermentation.
Äta offers you a link between Scandinavian inspiration and Swiss production.
The various specialties offered such as Smørrebrøds, Gravlax or Kanelbullar are served at all hours of the
day. A wide choice of dishes are also served to take out in the Take-away.

LES SMØRREBRØDS
The SMØRREBRØD, pronounced "smeurrrebreud" is a real institution in Denmark.
It consists of a slice of rugbrød (rye bread) on which we have a garnish. More than a simple toast, it is a real cooked dish.
Composed of fresh, quality ingredients, infinitely available and offering a simple meal
and balanced. Ideal at any time of the day or to share with friends.
LES GRAVLAX
GRAVLAX is an ancestral recipe of Swedish origin which is basically a method of preserving fish. It is cooked in a marinade based on salt, spices, sugar and other secret ingredients, which gives it all its character and its inimitable taste. Among a multitude of recipes, we have chosen to make ours from regional products.
Our salmon comes from a farm located in Graubünden, SWISS LACHS, respectful of the environment.
